We have a repair copper and brass shop, our technicians have long time experience in repairing radiator. We can repair copper and brass radiator.
We also have another factory which will provide aluminium product to Chonprasit Group also providing repair service. We can repair aluminium radiator, oil cooler, air cooler and intercooler.
Services Idea
Cleaning service
We take everthing a part and clean all part and then brazing them other. Especially cleaning big electrical generator radiator and water heat exchange for boat. it is our expertise area.
Fixed a leak hole on radiator service
We use pressure test to see where it leak, and then we use lead to cover that leak spot.
Exchange radiator core service
As everybody know that we are manufacturing radiator, so we can replace the old radiator core with our new radiator core.
Exchange radiator core for big radiator service
For a big radiator, normally it is bolt and nuts type, sometime it is hard to frabricate top and bottom tank, as the original radiator tank made from casting steel. Therefore it would be easier and get work done very fast, if we can just replace radiator core only.
Aluminium part welding service
This welding service is not only for oil cooler , inter cooler or water tank works, they could be any sort of Aluminium, where the Aluminium should be seires that can be welded. We use Argon weld. For this service please contact us so we can discuss in detail.

For aluminium product like oil cooler, we can weld the leak hole directly or if customer need the outside to look nice then we will fix the leakage from inside with our special technique. These works are done by our experience staff.
Replace a new oil cooler core service
For some customer that doesn't want to spend a lot of money on buying a new oil cooler. We provide a replacing new oil cooler core service, which will be much cheaper than buying a new oil cooler.

เราทำการเทสรั่วก่อนด้วยการอัดลมดูรอยรั่ว ถึงปะจุดที่รั่วซึมจากภายนอก

บริการเปลี่ยนรังผึ้งหม้อน้ำขนาดใหญ่เป็นแบบจานจับน็อต
สำหรับหม้อน้ำใบใหญ่ๆนั้น มักจะเป็นแบบจานจับน็อต และตัวแท๊งค์บนล่างนั้นมักจะเป็นเหล็กหล่อ ซึ่งการจะเป็นการง่ายและประหยัดกว่าถ้าเปลี่ยนเฉพาะตัวรังผึ้ง

เป็นงานบริการรับเชื่อมงานอลูมิเนียมด้วยการเชื่อมไฟฟ้า อาก้อน หรือ เชื่อมแก๊ส(สำหรับงานบางๆ) ตัวเนื้องานอลูมิิเนียมต้องเป็นอลูมิเนียมซีรี่ที่สามารถเชื่อมได้ จะเป็นลักษณะเป็นก้อน เป็นแท่ง หรือชิ้นงานมา ก็สามารถเชื่อมให้ได้ ทั้งนี้ต้องรบกวนโทร หรือ ไลน์มาพูดคุยในรายละเอียดกันก่อน
